FAQ
Do I need an account to use Diggr?
Not for every feature. Diggr is designed to keep your personal app organization local where possible. Community features, such as public profiles and shared crates, require Sign in with Apple.
Why is Sign in with Apple used?
Sign in with Apple keeps account setup simple and avoids requiring a separate password. Depending on your Apple ID settings, Apple may provide a private relay email address.
Are all my crates public?
No. Profiles are public, but you choose which crates are published there. Crates that are not published remain private to your local app setup.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Account deletion removes your account and related community data from the Diggr backend. Some technical logs or backups may remain for a limited time where required for security, reliability, or legal reasons.
Feedback
Feedback is welcome, especially while Diggr is still evolving. If something feels confusing, too slow, too hidden, or simply not useful enough yet, send a note to contact@usedigger.com. Short, specific feedback is often the most helpful.
Public profiles
Profiles are public by design. You decide which crates are shown there. If a crate does not appear on your profile, check whether it has been published from inside the app.
App data
Diggr keeps as much of your personal app organization local as practical. Community data, such as your public profile, uploaded profile image, and public crates, is stored on the backend so other people can discover it.
